About the service
How we work.
We provide welders for industrial, marine and petrochemical projects. Before every mobilisation, we check that the certificates of the people going to site cover the process, material, position and thickness of the work requested.
The qualification we have on record is TIG welding (141) of stainless steel pipe to EN ISO 9606-1, issued by ISQ. The test was welded in the H-L045 position, the most demanding one for pipe, which covers positions PA, PC, PE, PF and PH.
Other processes, such as MIG/MAG, stick or flux-cored welding, and other materials depend on the professionals available for each project. We confirm them case by case and send the certificates to the client before mobilisation.
Scope

- Butt welds and branch connections on pipe, with gas backing
- Pipe in positions PA, PC, PE, PF and PH, covered by the H-L045 qualification
- Work to the project’s WPS, with the preheat and interpass temperatures they specify
- Visual self-inspection of each weld before the client’s inspection
- Other processes and materials confirmed per project, with the certificate of whoever is assigned
- Site safety rules and PPE followed; VCA safety training on record
- Copies of the qualification certificates sent to the client before mobilisation
