What we collect and why
- Quote requests (contact form): name, company, email, phone, service required, location and project description. We use this data to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Job applications (Work with us form): name, phone, email, trade, certifications, availability, experience and CV. We use this data to assess your application and contact you about work opportunities. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Direct contact by email, phone or WhatsApp: the data you send us, used only to reply.
Please do not include health data or other sensitive information in your CV unless it is needed for the application.
The forms show which fields are required: without them we cannot answer your request or assess your application. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles from this data.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests: up to 24 months after our last contact. If a request leads to a contract, the documentation is kept for the legally required periods (for example, for tax purposes).
- Job applications: up to 12 months after we receive them, or until you withdraw your consent, if sooner. If you are hired, the data becomes part of your employee file.
