Quality
Verifiable qualifications, project by project.
We show the qualifications we have on record and explain how, for each project, we confirm that the people going to site are qualified for the work requested.

Documented qualifications
What has been proven, and by whom.
Certificates issued by independent bodies, with the scope each one covers. New qualifications are added here as we receive them.

To protect personal data, we do not publish names or copies of certificates. We send them to the client, with the holder’s permission, before mobilisation. Validity can be confirmed with the issuing body.
Welder qualification (EN ISO 9606-1)
Proves that the welder produced a test weld approved by an independent body, in a defined process, material, position and thickness. It covers that range, not any weld, and must be confirmed by the employer or welding coordinator every six months.
Safety training (VCA)
Certifies, by examination, basic knowledge of safety, health and environment in industrial work. It is required at many European industrial and petrochemical sites and is valid for ten years. It does not replace each site’s own safety rules.
Verification
How we check each qualification.
A certificate only counts for what it covers. Before anyone goes to site, we carry out four checks.
- Step 1
Project requirements
We start from what the project requires: process, material, position, thickness, qualification standard and site safety rules.
- Step 2
Certificate and scope
We compare each professional’s certificate with those requirements. The range of approval must cover the work, not just the standard.
- Step 3
Validity
We check the dates and, under EN ISO 9606-1, the six-monthly confirmations. If in doubt, we confirm with the body that issued the certificate.
- Step 4
Documents for the client
Before mobilisation, we send the client copies of the certificates of the people going to site, with the holders’ permission.
Legal compliance
Paperwork that protects the client.
Contract and social security
Employment under Portuguese labour law, registered with social security before the first day.
A1 certificate
For projects in other EU countries, under Regulation (EC) No 883/2004.
Health and safety at work
Training, PPE and safety coordination with the site owner and the main contractor.
Insurance
Employer’s liability and public liability, to protect the client and the team.
What we deliver
The team’s documentation.
Gathered before mobilisation, so it is ready on the first day of inspection.
- Copies of the qualification certificates of each assigned professional
- Each certificate’s range of approval checked against the work requested
- The validity confirmations the standard requires (every six months under EN ISO 9606-1)
- Safety training certificates, such as VCA, where they exist
WPS and procedure qualifications (WPQR) belong to the project: our welders work to those defined by the client or the main contractor.
